Shipping Policies

NOTE- COVID-19 Has made everything bananas-crazy. Please read our temporary shipping update HERE. We hope everything returns to normal SOON.

All packages ship from Austin, TX via USPS and include a tracking and confirmation number.

Domestic (U.S.A.)

Orders for all in-stock items will usually ship within 2-5 days with delivery confirmation via USPS.  All poster orders are rolled safely in brown craft paper and shipped in a sturdy double-walled brown telescoping tube with metal caps. To open the tube, cut the band of tape around the lid and slide the top off.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of our new releases are sold before they’re actually in-hand, and will be shipped as soon as they are. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask before you place your order.

International

International orders will ship via US First Class International Airmail. The USPS quotes 7-10 days for your order to arrive, but it can realistically take up to three to four weeks depending on your location and local customs offices. All import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Australia (update 7/12/22)- USPS has now resumed priority international shipments, shipping is $65, but we will have to reach out to you to collect more shipping for heavy packages or certain combinations of items (i.e. something that ships flat or in a box like a puzzle or book PLUS a print, as they have to ship separately.)  First Class International to Australia still has not resumed, and at this time, this is the most affordable shipping method.

Returns & Exchange Policy

There are no refunds, and exchanges only for sizing errors or damage in shipping. If you mistakenly order the wrong size, please ship it back to us and we will switch it out for what you need if it is available. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a note clarifying the exchange. Please check the sizing charts on the item pages to make sure the product will fit. If an item is damaged in transit, please ship it back and we will issue a replacement if available.
